WHERE WE STARTED
OUR HISTORY
B.L. Thomson Sdn Bhd, established in 1978, began as a Design & Build
company. In the 1990s, we achieved registration with the Malaysia
Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB). By 2006, we expanded
into environmental cooling systems (HVAC) under our BLAir division,
supported by dedicated teams for design, R&D, maintenance, and
project management, ensuring premium-quality solutions tailored to
clients’ needs.
In 2010, we further diversified by offering factory building maintenance
services, strengthening our team with industry experts. By 2018, our sister
company, CreteArt Design Studio, was launched to deliver
comprehensive services, turning clients’ visions into reality.
